The room was very spacious and included a nice balcony. The bed felt comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. Curtains effectively blocked out light, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries. Noise levels were minimal, promoting tranquility. Temperature control was easy to manage. The sink layout, opening to the bedroom, caused some inconvenience during morning routines. Parking was ample, with options both in front and underneath the building. breakfast timings didn’t suit our travel plans, leaving us to choose an alternative nearby. the room provided a good level of comfort.

The hotel's location was amazing, not far from shopping centers, airport and all available shops, restaurants, and Raleigh and the Airport. Overall it was large with balcony.

Clean hotel, efficient and accommodating team members from the wonderful manager to the cleaning and breakfast staff. Favourable and perfect location to Cinemark Raleigh Grande. Found in a good area just off shopping mall and downtown Raleigh and Raleigh.

I was really let down by the rude staff. I was promised an early check-in, but when I arrived, there were no clean rooms. After I paid a deposit, suddenly rooms became available. The whole experience felt so frustrating and dishonest.

A rude general manager and initial room cleanliness inconsistencies were disappointing. Noise from neighboring guests was bothersome, exacerbated by thin walls. it’s a mixed bag—potential for enjoyment is there, yet significant improvements must be addressed, particularly in customer service and room quality. Would recommend only with reservations about reliability.

The entry was impressively clean, and the free drinking water and daily coffee capsule refills were nice touches. The large rooms and comfortable beds provided a good night’s sleep, but breakfast hours were frustrating; closing early on Monday left us scrambling for options. While the staff was generally friendly, the inconsistent maid service was disappointing. Half the time, we had to chase after basics like towels and coffee. Plus, broken elevators added a layer of inconvenience. It had potential but definitely needed some attention to the details.

I was warmly greeted upon arrival, and the service continued to impress me throughout my visit. The room was clean, and I enjoyed a fantastic free breakfast, especially the waffle station. The hotel's location near plenty of dining options is a huge plus for travelers!

The location was perfect for exploring Raleigh, and the daily hot breakfast was a nice touch. Staff varied but shoutout to Nikki for being super friendly. A few hiccups with room maintenance and service, but overall a decent stay with some room for improvement.
